It's fine in the winter! It's moisturizing. By the way, it's for dry skin. My skin doesn't get whiter, tighter, or peely naturally haha.
Cons
The coverage is almost nonexistent! The volume feels a bit small. Since the coverage is lacking, I probably have to use it more often and in larger amounts compared to other products.
Tip
I'm not using it now. It's summer, so it sticks to my hair too much.

Pros
Although the coverage is good and it's moisturizing when applied, it gets shiny if you don't finish with powder. I use shade 21, which is darker than the previous 21 and matches my skin tone better. So I didn't get a brightening effect. You should finish with powder on top of the cushion for the makeup to last longer. I think this product would work well for those with good skin to achieve a clean look.
Cons
First of all, the amount is too little and it gets used up quickly. There's a lot of oil, and even with powder finishing, the makeup doesn't stay clean when touched up.
Tip
For oily skin, using just the cushion product will make it feel sticky and the oil will come through quickly, making it look like you're not wearing any makeup. Finishing with powder will make the makeup last longer.
