  I bought it in a hurry, but it's good - it's black and swatches well ^^

  Cons

  It smears way too much. Even though it's waterproof, it smears way too much. Other liners may smear, but they blend nicely into a natural shadow effect on the lower and side areas. But this one just smears all over my eyelid crease, and keeps smearing and smearing... It doesn't seem to be waterproof at all :(

  The price was affordable and the pigmentation was highly saturated. It's an automatic type and has a built-in pencil sharpener, which I found to be quite convenient.
