  It's really smooth. When you glide it on, it glides on smoothly and honestly. The color is also nicely neutral in a brown-like way. I love soft pencil eyeliners, and I haven't seen anything more smooth than this yet.

  Cons

  It smudges. I've tried 3-4 pencil eyeliners, but this is the first time I've had one that smudges under my eyes. It feels like you get what you pay for.
