It's just a nice toner.. It seems to be alcohol-free and doesn't have any bad ingredients, so I just sprayed and used it. Since I bought it on sale, I felt like I got a good deal in terms of the volume-to-price ratio.
Cons
If I didn't buy it on sale, I'd feel like it's a bit pricey, and it was just really average.
