Pros
I've been using this product consistently since my first purchase last winter. Whenever Lohbs has a sale, I stock up on one or two. The large capacity is great, as I can use it generously without worrying. Most importantly, the soothing power is incredible. As a highly sensitive person, if I don't cleanse properly after makeup, my skin gets irritated. But a couple of wipes with this toner calms it down, and then I just apply a moisturizer - the irritation goes away immediately, and there's no stinging. It's the best! I also use it before face masks, and it seems to improve absorption.
Cons
Hmm.. there's nothing really bad, but the scent is just a bit too natural, I guess? At first, I was like, 'What is this?' but I don't really mind it much now. Lavender scents are just really weird to me, so I'm glad I'm using the fresh Orange Blossom instead - it's nicely refreshing.
Tip
Wiping it on before face masks, after taking care of any flaky skin, really boosts the mask's absorption.

First, the price is affordable, the ingredients are good, and the scent is not bad once you get used to it. When I first used it, my skin did not feel irritated, reddened, or have any breakouts, so I continued using it consistently.
Cons
However, after using it for more than 6 months, my skin barrier became thinner and more sensitive, and I started getting breakouts again. Pros
It's great to use while wiping with a cotton pad! The fragrance is not chemical and it doesn't sting the eyes either haha I like the gentle feel of it overall haha
Cons
The packaging is a bit difficult to control the amount. Even though it's a water-based formula, it comes out in a gush and drips down haha
