I suffered from insomnia during my college days. 
The time I was up late working on assignments, when I had to sleep for the next day but couldn't fall asleep no matter how precious each second was, it was truly agonizing. On a whim, I remembered this product that came as a freebie and used it, grasping at straws, and I was able to fall asleep.

This isn't a tip, but I'm posting it in case there are others who don't know. If you just roll it on, it doesn't come out well, and you have to press it down a few times for the oil to come out. Then, if you roll it on after that, you can apply it to your skin without any irritation!!!😉

The scent is just so good!!!! It's almost exactly the same as the one they used to put on me at the massage parlor!!! The Aromatica Lavender Massage Oil has such a great fragrance that I purchased this as well, but I naturally thought it would be a bit different, yet the scent is really exactly the same...It's so identical that I'm a bit perplexed as to why I even bought this;;;

The roll-on type is convenient for portability, but you have to press down firmly for the oil to come out, and using it on my wrists and behind the ears is quite painful every time I have to press down...😢 It's hard to get it to come out, so I have to press down multiple times...It hurts!😢😢

Therefore, if you're already using the Aromatica Lavender Oil, you probably don't need to purchase this one.😢;;;
