  Pros

  I feel like my skin absorbs it well and my complexion brightens. I've consistently used it, repurchasing 3 bottles. However, I noticed that using the same product for too long might lead to skin tolerance. After the 4th bottle, I didn't see much effect, so I took a break for a few months before repurchasing. Now that I've started using it again, the effects are as good as when I first tried it. It doesn't irritate my skin and I can feel my complexion improving.

  Cons

  I have combination skin, and the only downside was that my skin seemed to build up a tolerance, making the effects less noticeable over time. Apart from that, it's one of my holy grail products.

  Pros

  It's gentle on the skin. Fermented products work well for me, so I saw some good results. It's hydrating and effectively removes impurities. When I use other toners to cleanse my face, nothing comes off, but with this one, I notice a yellowish residue on the cotton pad.

  Cons

  I used the previous version without any issues, but this new 3rd generation or whatever they're calling it caused my acne to explode. Please bring back the old formula! This awful reformulation... I was using it so well before, what on earth did they add?

  Tip

  If fermented products don't agree with your skin, absolutely do not use this. My friend, whose skin doesn't tolerate fermented ingredients, tried this and ended up with tiny bumps all over her face.

  I love how gentle it is. The scent isn't overwhelming and has a natural feel to it.

  I didn't notice any significant skin improvement. It just feels like plain water.

  After trying various toners, I think I'll stick with this one. If I remember correctly, I liked it because it wasn't irritating to my skin.

  Cons

  When applying the toner, it has a rice wine scent which I'm not fond of, but you get used to it and it's not too bothersome after a while.

  Pros

  When I apply this generously right after washing my face, my skin doesn't dry out or feel uncomfortable while I'm applying other products. Even though I have dry and occasionally super sensitive skin, which can sometimes react painfully to certain products, this one doesn't cause any issues.

  Cons

  I don't really notice much effect when using it in fall or winter. It's okay up until spring or summer. If you apply multiple layers, it can become sticky, which is a bit of a downside.

  Pros

  I have dry skin that lacks hydration. My skin is sensitive to alcohol-based products (they make my skin sting and itch). This product, however, deeply moisturizes my skin comfortably. It's my holy grail! When I use this entire line, including the cream, and get a good night's sleep, I wake up with a glowing complexion.

  Cons

  I don't understand why the cream lid is so difficult to close. Every time I use it, I wonder if the lid is broken.

  Tip

  I stock up on this during sales and generously apply it all the way down to my neck.

  It instantly relieves that tight feeling right after cleansing! The great ingredients seem to prevent any blemishes too.

  The only downside is how quickly I go through it. It would be fantastic if they offered refills!
