I got acne on my face, even though there were no ingredients that didn't agree with me. I was really puzzled about it. Normally, products with PEG ingredients cause me to break out... but I'm not sure why it happened this time. I got acne in the areas where my hair touches my face.

I bought the tea tree shampoo because it worked well for me, but I'm not sure why it doesn't seem to be a good match now.

I bought the conditioner after using the shampoo and loving it, but after using it just once, my scalp became very itchy. I had to stick to just using the shampoo for a while and struggled with that.
It seems the aromatic oils caused the itchiness, even though there weren't any special harmful ingredients.

Additional note: I've tried both the rosemary and tea tree lines, and I've settled on the rosemary shampoo and tea tree conditioner. The tea tree line feels a bit drying for my non-oily scalp, while the rosemary conditioner felt a bit too oily.

At first, I was a bit surprised that the product disappears so quickly when it touches the hair. Now, I just pump it out and apply it to my hair in layers. Once you get used to it, it's not a big problem.

This product can manage your scalp without silicone. Normally, conditioners are only meant for the hair, and that's because of the silicone components like dimethicone and -siloxane. These can make your hair feel soft initially, but over time, they actually make your hair more tangled. They can also clog your pores and cause hair loss when they reach the scalp. Anyway, after using both the Aromatica shampoo and conditioner, I've really felt my hair become much softer. Even after just washing and roughly drying my hair, it hardly tangles and I've noticed a significant reduction in hair fall. The tea tree and peppermint ingredients also provide a really refreshing sensation on the scalp. This is a product that truly nourishes both your hair and scalp!
