  Pros

  I tried it once and when I gently pressed with a cotton swab, an incredible amount of sebum came out. While I've experienced similar results with pore cleaning products before, those usually led to blackheads reforming after just two days. However, with this product, after cleansing and following up with a pore-minimizing pack, the improvement is noticeably maintained. The pores remain visibly clearer.

  Cons

  It doesn't seem to actually shrink pores. It's more of a blackhead prevention product.

  Pros

  You can actually see the sebum dissolving and coming out - it's the best I've ever used! My skin feels so refreshed deep down. It's a whole new world of nose packs!

  Cons

  I wish they'd sell the Step 1 solution separately as a toner. You have to rebuy the whole set after just one use, so I need to stock up on multiple packs.

  Tip

  I applied the thick strip to my nose, and once some sebum started coming out, I split the layers and used them on other oily areas like my cheeks and around my mouth.

  Pros

  I've tried similar products from three different brands, but this one is the most effective! (I assume the original is from a certain dermatology brand, but I haven't tried it because it's expensive....) The product instructions say to leave it on for 10-20 minutes, but I keep it on for about 30 minutes to really soften up the sebum before use! Those who use cotton swabs might not remove sebum properly, but if you use an extractor tool, it really gets rid of all the sebum! Such a satisfying feeling! Since the sebum is already softened, it comes out easily without any pain, just by gently touching the skin. You'll be able to see a clean nose without blackheads for the first time! However, because sebum builds up quickly (unfortunately), I use this as a maintenance treatment once a week.

  Cons

  The sheet doesn't adhere well to the tip of the nose... So you need to cut this part a bit to make it stick properly! Otherwise, the sebum won't soften properly.

  Pros

  Looking at the reviews, many people seem to find it just okay, but I really loved it. I didn't see much effect from other types of nose packs, but this one showed definite results. While it might not be strong enough for blackheads in one use, I have a lot of whiteheads, so I was very pleased with how it worked on those.

  Cons

  As others have mentioned, it doesn't seem to have much effect on pore reduction. Also, when you're opening up the pores, it does sting a bit.
