When I only wear this, the shine turns reddish, which is unique and pretty. When I apply a base, the shine fades a lot, and it's just the right amount of natural, which is good. It's moisturizing. ConsWhen I apply this, the base adhesion actually decreases. I don't really want to recommend the performance for the price.
