It didn't manage sebum at all on my oily nose, especially in the curved areas transitioning from the nose to the cheeks. It felt like it tried to extract sebum but wasn't strong enough, leaving it swollen and partially extracted. Because of this, I had to gently scrub my nose to remove the sebum.
