After some time, it tends to get a bit oily, though I'm not sure if that's because my skin is naturally oily. There's only one shade available, so on days when my skin isn't at its best, it can sometimes look a bit ashy or dark. To be honest, I bought this solely for its coverage, so I'm not too concerned about other factors. I just looked at the ingredients for the first time today, and there are some not-so-great ones in there. For a brightening effect, try mixing it with a whitening cream or sunscreen before applying. If you have oily skin and experience shine, lightly dusting some powder foundation over this BB cream should give you a nice, matte finish.
