It seems to be helpful for my skin with atopic troubles. I couldn't put anything on my skin due to the troubles, but I still needed to moisturize it... I've heard a lot of good things about Biotum. I've tried Korean products that claim to be gentle, but they all felt heavy. But this one seems to be mildly acidic, and it's mainly made of natural ingredients, so it's gentle... Anyway, it's amazing.
Cons
The moisturizing power is a bit weak. For skin with severely damaged skin barrier that can't function properly, it would be better to use this along with an additional intensive care cream (you can find them on the Biotum website, like the Intensive Care Cream) rather than just using this alone.

There were quite a few milia around my eyes, but they haven't completely disappeared yet. However, after using this product, they seem to have reduced somewhat.
Cons
There were no blemishes or troubles. Since my skin is dry, it was a bit lacking in oil.
