The moisturizing power is a bit weak.
For skin with severely damaged skin barrier that can't function properly, it would be better to use this along with an additional intensive care cream (you can find them on the Biotum website, like the Intensive Care Cream) rather than just using this alone.

It seems to be helpful for my skin with atopic troubles.
I couldn't put anything on my skin due to the troubles, but I still needed to moisturize it... I've heard a lot of good things about Biotum.
