I've been using this toner for 5-6 bottles now, and it absorbs quickly and helps refine my skin texture. I just pat it on with my hands and apply a soothing gel, and there's absolutely no tightness. I use a foaming cleanser with good cleansing power since I have oily skin, but when I use other toners, there's always some tightness for a while before the oil gradually returns. But this toner doesn't do that. The formula seems closer to an essence texture! It's like a runny serum!

When I stopped using it for a day, breakouts flared up, so I'm suspicious that it may contain mercury.

It is moisturizing and has good moisture retention. It seems good for sensitive skin and is cheaper than Celavive.

Applying it in two to three layers will make it even more moisturizing.

The toner that was relaunched as Cellabiv was too irritating for my skin.

After giving birth, my skin became more sensitive, and alcohol-based toners were too stinging for me to use. But this product has a thick, serum-like texture that is gentle and moisturizing, so I use it regularly.
On dry skin days, I can apply it a few times and stay hydrated all day.

When I apply this and then do my makeup, it accentuates the flaky skin and causes reddish spots to appear and disappear.

The liquid toner has good spreadability, but since I have dry skin, it dries out immediately after the surface moisture evaporates.
