Pros

I've tried many decent skincare products, but as a sensitive skin type, I usually experience irritation and flushing on my cheeks when using regular toners. However, the 3-Second Hydrating Starter has not caused any sensitivity issues for me at all!! Instead, it helps protect my skin's moisture barrier, which I really appreciate. And most importantly, it offers great value for the price!! I've been using it morning and night for over 6 months, and a small amount goes a long way in covering my entire face.

Cons

1. Packaging design I'm on my 4th bottle of this product, but the consistent pump-style packaging can be frustrating when the pump malfunctions and the product doesn't dispense properly. I wish the brand offered alternative packaging options, like a squeeze tube or a jar-style toner, which might be more user-friendly. 2. Lack of absorption into cotton pads I find that the product doesn't absorb very well into cotton pads, so it doesn't effectively cleanse or tone my skin when I use it that way. The product tends to just sit on top of the cotton rather than being properly absorbed.

Tip

I like to keep this product in my bathroom and apply it right after washing my face, while my skin is still damp. This helps the product absorb better and maintain my skin's moisture levels without leaving a heavy, sticky feeling.
