Even though I have sensitive skin, there was no irritation at all. I didn't get any blemishes and it's really moisturizing.
Cons
As time goes by, the oiliness seems to increase, so it might be hit or miss for those with oily skin.

I apply it every time I dry my child's skin. The moisturization is truly excellent! It's non-irritating and deeply hydrating, so I only use this product.

Cons

Pros
I started using this product for my child's atopic dermatitis from the very beginning, and I've been using it for almost 10 years now. The spreadability is better than creams, and while it takes a bit longer to absorb, the moisturizing effect after absorption is amazing and lasts longer than other lotion-type products. I usually don't feel dryness the next day, so I find it to be an excellent moisturizer. And since it helped with the atopic dermatitis, I believe it's also good for the skin and any skin troubles.
Cons
The only downside is that it can be a bit difficult to find. The regular Physiogel lotion from the supermarket is also good, but since my child has atopic skin, I definitely see better results when using the AI version. As I prefer in-person shopping at places like Costco or the supermarket, not being able to purchase it immediately is a bit of a drawback.

It's too light to use in the winter, so I have to use a cream along with it. I'm also going to try the Physiogel cream.

When you want to skip washing your face, toning, and applying essence, cream, and eye cream, this one product is all you need! Just applying this one product will make your skin very moisturized and supple. I like it the most because the scent is close to unscented, the formula is a lightweight lotion type that is not heavy, and most importantly, it is free of harmful ingredients.
Cons
If you apply too much, sometimes bumpy sebum or acne-like things can appear on your forehead. I wish this product came in a pump bottle with this volume.
