The pen shape is great for precise drawing. It has a vivid black color. The water-resistance is not bad either.

Just trim the tail and do an additional coat, and it will be perfect.

The black color was a bit watery and not vibrant enough, so it needed to be reapplied.

The noodles were good and easy to handle, with a slightly thin brush part.

Hmm.. It was surprisingly difficult to apply, so I don't recommend it for beginners.

It seems like a good value item. As it's a brush type, it's difficult for a klutz like me to draw, but skilled people will likely find it good.
I think black is better than brown, because I've bought brown twice and neither worked well. It's not like it wears out quickly or doesn't show up. But black shows up well, draws cleanly, and has less smudging.
