The only positive thing I can say is that it's black in color. That's about it... I've never in my life used an eyeliner that smudges this badly. I used to use Kiss Me (boycotting now) and was looking for a pencil liner when I saw this on a 1+1 deal. After just a few hours, it creates those old-school 'fish lines' under my eyes.
