My lips are constantly shedding dead skin, even after I exfoliate them. This makes it impossible for me to wear matte lipsticks. I can only wear moisturizing or tinted lip products. After applying them, I gently rub my lips with a cotton swab and wipe them with a tissue to get a smooth, even finish.
