1. It's completely watery. The Pera ink tint is thick and gooey, and if you apply and remove it a few times, the lip area gets...ugh. The affordable price? Personally, I didn't really like the fragrance. It would probably work well as a student tint.

The good thing is that the price is cheap and the coloring doesn't stay too pink, which I think is good Other than that, there's nothing else.

I bought the Innisfree product on sale and it was cheap. I used it a few times at first, then stopped using it for a while, but now I'm using it again... The color is really pretty, it's moisturizing, and it's convenient to carry around. And I'm not sure, but maybe because I only use it occasionally, the amount seems to last a long time.
Cons
When I used it before, my lips didn't feel irritated, but now that I'm using it, my lips feel irritated and itchy. And the staying power is not great.
