My skin is dry, sensitive, and acne-prone! I bought and have been using it without high expectations, but it's really moisturizing. Not oily at all. Amazingly moisturizing! + Calming and whitening effect due to the white granules!! If you apply it before makeup and let it absorb well, your makeup will go on beautifully!
Cons
The amount is a bit small! For a sleeping pack, it feels a bit lightweight!

When small bumps come up, apply it evenly and gently, then rinse it off. It definitely calms the skin. It has a nice fragrance and a refreshing gel-like feel. There's a satisfying sensation of massaging the grainy texture as you apply it. My skin is dry, and the Innisfree green tea line generally suits me well.
Cons
Using it daily doesn't necessarily mean it will keep improving or anything like that - it just helps calm the skin occasionally. So it's more for soothing purposes rather than significantly benefiting the skin.
