I've been using it for over a decade and I like it because it's gentle and I can just use this one product.

The lather doesn't form well and the cleansing power is weak when I wear makeup. After a few months, it starts to smell musty. Even though I've used several bottles, that's still the case. But the one thing that's great is how gentle it is, which is why I've been using it for over a decade despite its shortcomings.
