I guess it's the ingredients? I didn't notice while using it, but when I checked the ingredients later on Hwahae, they were quite alarming...

The volume is monstrous - I used it three times a day and it still lasted for two to three months! The product I bought had a pump, unlike the image here, which made it convenient to use. It was also incredibly gentle. I don't wear makeup, so I couldn't really judge its cleansing effectiveness, but it was great for everyday use without any skin burden.
