Pros
I have been continuously using this product as I like the clean and refreshing feel of the formulation. I am now on my third bottle and plan to keep using it going forward!! Although my skin is somewhat sensitive, I have been using it without any particular troubles or breakouts.
Cons
The downside is that there are as many as 5 key ingredients that require caution. I wasn't aware of this before, but now that I know, I'm a bit worried. Since my skin is sensitive and can easily get irritated even with a small amount of stimulation, the cleansing power is not extremely strong. It works best if I do a light cleansing after using a cleansing water and oil, or on days when I don't have heavy makeup on.

Pros
Since I have acne-prone skin, I discovered this product. At first, I used creams or oil-based products, but they didn't suit me. After switching, I've been using it without any trouble. It has good cleansing power and a mild scent. I can remove a lot of makeup with the small size.
Cons
It feels like I need to double cleanse. There's no squeaky clean feeling.

I purchased a 400ml large-sized product through overseas direct purchase because it was said to be well-suited for use with the Clarisonic brush. I didn't have any special skin troubles until I used it up, and it was fine to use with the Clarisonic and a mild, ordinary foam cleanser. But I was surprised when I checked the ingredients.
Cons
It seems to have weak cleansing power. It's okay when used with a vibrating cleanser, but when I just squeeze it into my hands and use it, I'm not sure if it's cleaning or not. If I only apply sunscreen, using this for cleansing alone makes me feel like the sunscreen isn't fully removed.^^ It also doesn't produce much foam. I personally don't care much about foam, so I used it well, but those who want more foam will need to use a bubble maker.

My skin has issues like dryness, sensitivity, and allergic dermatitis, so I haven't been able to find domestic or international cosmetics that work well for me. Among them, the only one that seems to suit me is Biotherm, although its ingredients aren't that great. This product was just wonderful for my sensitive skin! There was no tightness after cleansing, and my skin felt moisturized even after washing. Of course, I didn't have any breakouts either. However, if you prefer a squeaky-clean feeling, you might not be fully satisfied as there is a slightly slippery sensation left behind. But I loved how my skin remained soft and hydrated without becoming rough. This alone can't completely remove makeup, but it works great when used after cleansing water.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints about this product. I'm quite satisfied with it! But if you dislike the slippery feeling, I'd recommend trying a cleansing foam instead.
