What could have been good about it? The bad aspects were overwhelming. I really struggled because of the blisters on my lips. Blisters kept appearing on my lips, I'm serious. I've never seen so many blisters clustered on lips before, not even on skin. My usually soft lips became as rough as tree bark, which was incredibly difficult to deal with. Once I stopped using this, the blisters completely disappeared. The ingredients are truly harsh. After this experience, I'm like, 'Kiehl's, seriously? How could you make something like this?' No matter how good their other products might be, I'll never use Kiehl's again. The tube format makes it easy to apply to the lips... It's excessively greasy... Perhaps due to its thin consistency, it leaves my lips feeling drier rather than moisturized after application. I've tried many lip balms, but... This is the worst by far. I'll never use Kiehl's lip balm again. I recommend trying a tester before buying!
