What was good? The bad thing was too big I was really struggling with the blisters on my lips

Blisters kept coming up on my lips, seriously It's not skin, it's blisters popping up one after another on my lips My soft lips became as hard as tree bark, and it was really difficult But after I stopped using it, it all went away The ingredients are really sensitive, you know After that, Kiehl's is really... how could they make such a thing? No matter how good other products are, I'll never use Kiehl's again

Pros
The tube shape allows for comfortable application on the lips.
Cons
It has a lot of shimmer and feels drier on the lips after application, rather than more moisturized. I've tried many lip balms, but this is the worst, so I won't be using Kiehl's lip balm again. I recommend testing it out first.
