It has a lot of shimmer and feels drier on the lips after application, rather than more moisturized. I've tried many lip balms, but this is the worst, so I won't be using Kiehl's lip balm again. I recommend testing it out first.

The tube shape allows for comfortable application on the lips.

It feels a bit sticky and doesn't handle heat well.
It also means that the moisturizing power is not that great.

The liquid type has much better moisturizing power than the lip balms I've used so far. The scent is also subtle... I always use the Kiehl's lip balm and highly recommend it!

There were no troubles at all, but the disappointing part is the scent.... Everyone says the scent is good, but it's really not great   the artificial Kiehl's-like smell.... It smells like a cosmetic without any fragrance added.

This was my introductory department store lip balm~ I searched online to repurchase it, but only the black-capped lip balm was available, so I wondered why it was gone, and it turned out to be a discontinued product :( When I apply this, my lips become like fried ones.
