I purchased this product at the former flagship store in New York! I thought it was only sold there, but it turns out it's also sold overseas. It contains eucalyptus ingredients, so it tingles a bit when applied and has a thin, easy-to-apply formula. It has better ingredients than the Kiehl's #1 Lip Balm, which is nice, and the moisturizing effect lasts for a long time.
Cons
The existing Kiehl's Lip Balm has a thicker formula that comes out when squeezed in cold or normal weather, but this product has a runny formula, so you need to be careful when squeezing it out.
Tip
Although it's a lip product, the thin formula can also be applied to the nails when the skin is dry, which seems to work well.

I bought this product in a hurry while abroad. I had forgotten about it, and now my lips are swollen and peeling. I've been applying it every night before bed. It has a unique, soothing sensation, so I use it at night.
Cons
The product is better than I expected, but it seems to have been discontinued.
Tip
If you apply it generously at night, it can cause excessive peeling.
