This is a fragrance that Hwahae Trial Reviewers would surely enjoy. ConsIt claims to be alcohol-free, but it still has a strong scent, though not as much as alcohol. It's marketed as an aftershave product, but I'm not sure about that. The ingredients don't seem to be very soothing for sensitized skin, and as a water-based toner, it felt a bit disappointing when I tried using it as a face pack - no noticeable hydration, and it even interfered with the application of sunscreen. TipNo plans to repurchase.
