Pros
My husband received this as a gift and I started using it when my toner ran out. The moisture and cooling sensation are so wonderful that I've been using it ever since. It's the best toner I've used so far. I used to have very severe dehydration, but that problem has disappeared since I started using this product.
Cons
There are no downsides, it's just wonderful. I think I've found my go-to toner.

The skin and lotion both have a great cooling sensation! It has a refreshing feel!!! It suits my oily-skinned boyfriend and also suits me, a dry-skinned person~~!! It gave me, as a woman, a satisfactory experience.

Pros
It has a nice cooling sensation like menthol, but not as strong. It leaves a pleasant, soothed feeling on the skin. The scent is not bad, and unlike some products, there's no unpleasant foaming when applying it. My skin used to have severe redness, and I couldn't really tell if it was oily or dry, so I just tried various products blindly. But after using this, the redness and acne have decreased. However, after checking on Hwahae, I found that it contains a few potentially harmful ingredients, which makes me a bit uneasy. I've ordered the Dokdo Toner and Lotion, and if those don't work for me, I'll come back to this product.
Cons
The price for just the skin care product is a bit burdensome. But since it doesn't cause any issues on my skin, I just stick to this product. As I mentioned earlier, I bought the Dokdo Toner based on good reviews, and I'll switch to that if it works better for me. Also, the availability of stores is not great, so it's a bit inconvenient to go and purchase it.
