  I'm not sure why the ranking is so low...haha I've been using this for the third time, and there was a time when I was really annoyed because the lid was broken, but it's still gentle and washes off well, so I keep using it.

  My skin is really sensitive, but this product is great. It's gentle and unlike many removers, it doesn't dry out the eye area.

  It really wipes off very moisturly and seems gentler than other removers. It was good that it didn't hurt even if it accidentally got in my eyes.
