Apply this before working out and you'll feel the heat intensify, enhancing the effects! But don't expect to lose weight just by using this product alone - that's a no-go! Weight loss comes from exercise... This product's role is to give your workout a little boost!

It's good to apply it where your lymph nodes are located. Putting a small amount on the soles of your feet makes them warm and helps you fall asleep easily.

I bought this more for blood circulation than for workout effects. My legs tend to swell, but they feel lighter now. I only apply it to my lower body! When it's cold outside, applying a tiny amount before going out makes me feel less chilly.

The instructions warn against showering with warm water after application, and for good reason. If you do, it burns like crazy!

When I apply it before working out, it keeps me alert until the sensation fades. Pretty good overall.
