  Pros

  First off, this is great for those with fair skin tones! I've always struggled to find foundations with this shade in other brands, often ending up with ones that were too dark. This one brightens up my complexion beautifully. Plus, it's a matte finish, so the staying power is excellent.

  Pros

  While I focus more on longevity and how it wears rather than coverage, it does a decent job of concealing small blemishes, redness, and visible capillaries. I'm really, really satisfied with how it lasts for about 12 hours without touch-ups while I'm at school, except for around the nose and chin! Even in those areas, it fades gracefully with a dewy finish? I think it breaks down beautifully!

  Cons

  After application, it sets to a quite elastic finish, but as time passes, you can definitely feel that it's a matte foundation. The formula is also quite thick, making it a bit challenging to apply easily. In weather like this, my skin struggles when I use it alone, so I'm mixing it with a more hydrating foundation. I wouldn't recommend this to those with dry skin!

  The staying power is truly exceptional. Out of countless foundations I've used over 27 years, this is the ultimate champion. When paired with a setting spray, it didn't budge for over 10 hours.

  Cons

  It's extremely matte, which is a bit of a challenge. I used to be a matte finish enthusiast, always opting for the most matte formulas. However, as I've entered my late twenties, my skin has become drier, so I think it's time to bid farewell to this one.

  Tip

  For unbeatable longevity, use it with Urban Decay's setting spray. It works hard to keep your makeup in place all day.

  It brightens my complexion, making me look radiant. The coverage is decent. If it suits your skin, it could be a great product to use!

  Cons

  It's more matte than expected, leaving a dry feeling. Worse, it causes blemishes. So frustrating! When I see it on my vanity, I keep using it, which leads to more blemishes, then I apply more to cover them up... It's a vicious cycle with this foundation.

  Pros

  This seems really great for men with oily skin! It has a matte finish. I've been using only this product, and it provides good coverage, especially for redness. The coverage is excellent. I'd like to try the compact version next time.

  Cons

  There are no major drawbacks, but make sure your base isn't too matte to avoid settling into fine lines or pores. Also, it's important to maintain good exfoliation of dead skin cells regularly.

  Tip

  Apply a slightly more hydrating base for better absorption. Consistently exfoliate to remove dead skin cells. Like with any foundation, using it with a Bobbi Brown foundation brush works really well. If you're unsure about the shade, I highly recommend visiting a store to test it before purchasing.

  As someone who exclusively uses Bobbi Brown products, I've got to share my experience. I used to rely on the Intensive Skin Serum Foundation, but with my combination-oily skin, it would leave my complexion patchy and excessively oily after a short while. Then, on a store associate's recommendation, I switched to the Long-Wear formula - and oh my, what a game-changer! It's truly my holy grail! I can apply it in the morning and it stays put until I get home in the evening, with barely any touch-ups needed. It lives up to its name - it's genuinely long-wearing! I'm sticking to this foundation from now on, no doubt about it!

  While this product is fantastic for combination to oily skin types, its long-wear formula does have a slightly matte finish. This might not be ideal for those with dry skin.

  Tip

  Not only does this product give a smooth skin finish, but for those like me who prefer a dewy look (I'm a fan of that 'Inner Glow'), I recommend gently patting a cushion compact over it and finishing with a mist or fixer for that extra radiance.

  The coverage is excellent. It adheres perfectly to the skin, so if you apply it after proper skincare, it really absorbs well. The staying power is also decent! Most importantly, it doesn't break down messily when it starts to fade. The longevity is great, probably because it's a high-end product. As a student who usually uses drugstore brands, I splurged on this, and there's definitely a difference in longevity and how it wears off compared to cheaper options I've tried. If you have oily skin and prefer a powdery finish, this is a great product! I have acne and textured skin, but this fills everything in smoothly for a flawless finish. I'd love to buy it again, if only I had the money...

  When you dot it on your face and blend, it sets quickly, so if you don't blend fast with a sponge, it can clump up. It's also quite matte, so if you don't apply skincare products well beforehand, it can look patchy! But I think any foundation works best when you've properly prepped and moisturized your skin.

  As mentioned above, make sure to apply your skincare well! For those with blemishes, don't try to cover everything with foundation. Use concealer for spot coverage - your makeup will look fresher and more beautiful that way.

  For the first 3 months or so after buying this foundation, it's wonderfully smooth and applies well. The ingredients seem relatively gentle, suiting even my super sensitive skin. (When I use Dior, my face breaks out in blemishes as if I've been bitten by mosquitoes!)

  Cons

  However, as time passes, the foundation seems to become increasingly matte. It doesn't absorb as well anymore.
