I had a deep, stubborn blemish that wouldn't come to a head, and regular patches weren't doing anything. So I tried this patch along with the Acro PS patch, and both were pretty good. In the end, the blemish completely subsided. There are 10 patches in the pack. Be careful when opening as there's a sticker seal. If you hold it up to the light, you can see which side has the microneedles - they're incredibly tiny. To use, press the needled side onto the blemish with your finger. I was worried it might hurt at first, but realized it doesn't at all. I'm quite a scaredy-cat, so trust me when I say just go for it - it barely stings! The needles are coated with active ingredients, so think of it as delivering medicine directly into the blemish. The downside is the price. 6,000 won for just 10 patches... However, since it quickly took care of a stubborn blemish that wouldn't go away, it's become a must-have item for me. - You absolutely must buy this! After turning 30, I was stressed about blemishes popping up everywhere. Recently, I had a massive one on my cheek that didn't go away even after using COSRX spot patches for 3 days. But with this, I put it on before bed, and when I woke up, it was gone! It's truly amazing. - The ingredients are great too, so I'll definitely keep buying and using it. - It's a bit pricey, so I only use it on large blemishes or areas that are hard to cover with concealer. - There are 10 patches in the pack, but they're all the same size, which feels a bit wasteful. I heard that the longer you leave it on, the better it works, so I kept it on for a while. The biggest advantage is that it's more affordable than other patches on the market. While it won't dramatically reduce stubborn blemishes overnight, it does help calm them down faster than if you didn't use it. I'm definitely planning to repurchase! I was curious about this product with needles that I'd never seen before, so I decided to give it a try. It worked incredibly well for me! However, given the price-to-quantity ratio, I only use it on really big blemishes. It does hurt when you apply it, but after about 5 seconds, it feels fine. It's great for pustular acne! Apply it to painful blemishes before they turn yellow. There are only ten patches in the pack, and it costs over 6,000 won. It feels wasteful to use them on anything but large blemishes, but I always keep some at home. Maybe it's because they're expensive, but the soothing effect is incredible! A bump that appeared in just one day went down, so I've been using them ever since. Use these on painful blemishes! They're too precious to waste on small pimples, and don't apply them right after squeezing a pimple. It's good to keep a pack at home - if you stick one on before bed when you're in a pinch, your skin will look normal by the next morning!

It even had pus coming out, which was gross. So I bought this and stuck it on. The blemish was so big that the patch kept coming off, so I put a healing bandage over it. I forgot about it all day, and when I remembered to take it off while washing up in the evening, the pus was gone, the redness had completely subsided, and there was no scab like I expected. It healed super cleanly. You really have to experience this to believe it! The adhesive isn't super strong. Like I did, you'll need to put a healing bandage over it if you want it to stay on all day without worrying about it falling off. I think it's better to use this around the neck rather than on the face. You can't really walk around with this patch plus a healing bandage on your face. I had a really painful, swollen blemish, but after applying this patch overnight, it went down by morning. Given how severe it was, just relieving the pain was a huge plus. I often get hard-to-squeeze blemishes on my chin, so I loved that these patches were big enough to cover two at once. The overnight results are truly magical! I was skeptical at first, seeing such mixed reviews, but the affordable price made me give it a try - and it turned out to be great value for money! After wearing for about 8 hours, I removed it to find the little bumps gone and everything absorbed into my skin. It's amazing! The lack of size variety makes me hesitant to use them on smaller areas. Also, the application process was tricky. Removing the clear film on top is challenging - you definitely need fingernails for that. A tip: think of it as gently folding when removing, it makes application easier. These work well for pre-menstrual blemishes and those caused by fatigue. However, only use them at home or before bed. After about 8 hours, the microneedles dissolve and get absorbed. Hmm... I'm not really sure. I bought it because it was supposed to clear up blemishes, but it doesn't seem to be effective. It doesn't seem to have any effect on blemishes. So disappointing.

Everyone really needs to know how incredibly effective this is! If I had to point out one slightly disappointing aspect, it would be the lack of value for money. I wish they'd offer some kind of discount when buying multiple items.
