Personally, I don't like the scent of eye creams, and this one smells exactly the same. It's too much like a typical cosmetic fragrance. While it applies creamily, it absorbs slowly and feels like it's sitting on top of the skin, so I had to massage it in a lot. I'm not really sure about its functional benefits either
