It dissolves incredibly well in water and has no distinct taste. This makes it perfect for mixing into drinks or anything else you'd like. I'm genuinely confused about this... The part where you tear open the stick is on the bottom of the box. What's the issue with that? Well, first off, when you take it out, you can't just pull and tear it open immediately. You have to pull it out and give it a twist before you can open it. I mean, that's not a huge inconvenience... The real problem is that because the opening part is flipped, you have to tap the opening a few times and then open it. It seems like such a small thing, but it's surprisingly annoying. More importantly, it feels like they could have just packaged it the other way around. I really don't understand why they chose to package it this way. It's such a minor thing, but it's something you deal with every day. It doesn't seem like there's any significant reason for making it this way, and it doesn't seem like it would be difficult to change... It's just disappointing. Also, while it's great for on-the-go use, I'm using it almost daily and the waste is starting to bother me. Having to open a new package every time is a bit of a chore... Due to our diet lacking in fiber, I've been taking this with my kids. It's really great. It aids digestion and improves bowel movements. I'm definitely satisfied with consuming this product, known for its quality ingredients and reputation. To be honest, the price isn't exactly budget-friendly when taking it with the kids. Apart from that, I'm satisfied. Even if you don't take it daily, it seems beneficial to have on days when you've had instant food or overeaten.
