Generally combination skin except for the T-zone. Incompatible ingredients: Strong fermented ingredients, Virginia meadowsweet, madecassoside derivatives, licorice, Houttuynia cordata, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, and other high-potency ingredients. Compatible ingredients: Lavender, rosemary, seaweed/kelp, ceramides, centella asiatica, chamomile, salicylic acid and other exfoliating agents, pH adjusters. I loved that it filled my skin with nourishment using shea butter instead of panthenol. The texture is pillowy soft with great absorption. The finish leaves skin deeply hydrated yet matte, without feeling heavy at all. You can easily layer it for more moisture. The soothing effects of lavender and seaweed worked wonders for my skin - I went through over three tubes, using it year-round, even in winter, as my daily moisturizer. (The ceramides really strengthened my skin barrier for everyday use.) In winter, I did need to reapply a bit more often, but I was still very satisfied. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued. I really hope someone releases products in this line again... sigh. This was a godsend for my combination, sensitive skin. The texture is lightweight yet deeply hydrating, making it perfect for use in both summer and winter as a calming, barrier-strengthening cream.
