Right after application, it feels moisturizing and light. As time passes and the moisture evaporates, there's a slight oily feeling on the surface. It also has a dead skin cell smoothing effect, which helps makeup adhere well. Above all, it's so pretty that it makes me happy when applying my skincare! To be honest, I didn't have an 'Wow, this is amazing!' feeling about it. It's just an average, run-of-the-mill toner. For those with easily irritated or sensitive skin, using it daily might be too much. I only use it when my skin is in good condition. After using it daily for a few weeks, I noticed a few blemishes appearing, followed by an increase in small bumps. When I stopped using it, they disappeared... As for repurchasing, I'm not so sure... It's best to shake it before use. Using it with the excellent Black Rouge cotton pads I received as a gratis really helps refine the skin texture. It makes your skin feel super soft! Then, if you pat it onto your face again with your hands, your skin will stay hydrated for a long time.
