I received this as a gratis and wasn't sure how to use it at first, so I tried it both before bed and in the morning before makeup. After sleeping with it on, it felt like I'd used an excellent moisturizer overnight. When used in the morning, it made my skin feel firm and plump before makeup, giving that coveted Inner Glow look. I applied sunscreen and foundation over it without any pilling. It felt like my skin was getting a balanced supply of both oil and moisture. When it comes to Bobbi Brown, you can't ignore the ingredients and the price... It was perfect for the dead of winter, keeping my skin hydrated. But I suspect it might make skin too rich in spring or summer - not recommended for oily skin types in hot Korean summers. Currently, I'm using a very hydrating sunscreen that doubles as a moisturizer, so I don't really need an extra product just for that glow. It's not particularly practical for me. It subtly enhances your complexion with a natural glow, making your skin look beautiful whether you wear it alone on bare skin or over sunscreen. There's absolutely no hydration. What's worse, if you layer this with sunscreen and BB cream, it pills and leaves residue on your face.
