The hydration is incredible, making your face look instantly plumped with moisture. I absolutely love it, though it's a shame it's not widely available. Apart from the slightly strong fragrance, the hydration is off the charts... As someone with extremely dry skin, I'm thoroughly satisfied. The price is a bit steep, which is unfortunate as I'd like to use it more often. The fragrance is more noticeable than expected, though not unpleasant. Personally, I believe that thinner sheet masks adhere better to the skin, so I consider that aspect extremely important. This mask excels in that regard compared to others. The best part? When I use this first thing in the morning before applying makeup, it absorbs incredibly well! I highly recommend this for those struggling with makeup looking patchy or skin feeling dry due to wearing face masks. The sheet is so thin that it sometimes sticks to my face while still folded, which can be a bit startling. But if you're careful with that, it should be fine. This review is based on using five sheets so far. My skin is extremely sensitive, and using the wrong mask can wreak havoc on my face, but I haven't experienced any discomfort with this one yet. The mask sheet is noticeably thinner compared to others. While this makes it a bit tricky to unfold when taking it out, it adheres perfectly to the face, which is great. At the beauty expo, I was amazed by how incredibly sheer it looked, and it's true - when you put it on, it's so transparent it's like you're not wearing anything! The amount of essence is really generous, comparable to the Dajayon masks I often use. However, this one has a slightly thicker consistency, so when you squeeze the mask, the essence gushes out. With Centella extract in it, it's great for calming any potential blemishes when used preemptively. When applied to very dry areas of the face, there's a slight cooling sensation, almost like a gentle tingle as it hydrates. Surprisingly, even after 30 minutes, it's still incredibly moisturizing. I didn't want to waste any, so I applied the excess to my neck. The scent is a bit strong. It has a cosmetic-like smell, but it's not overpowering. It's also a bit pricey - about 3,000 won per sheet. While it's similar to what you'd find at Olive Young, it would be nice if they offered 1+1 deals or discounts. Due to the collagen content, it might feel a bit heavy for summer use. It would be great if they could release a cooling version as well. Unfolding the mask can be tricky, so quickly spread it on your face and squeeze the remaining essence onto your skin. Gently massage it in for better absorption. After lying down with the mask on, when you remove it, lightly wipe the excess on your neck, arms, and legs. As someone who loves trying different masks daily, I stumbled upon this brand at Cosmo Beauty Seoul that really caught my eye! The price was a steal - only 10,000 won for ten masks at the event, so I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by how good they were! The staff explained they were made from stone, which piqued my interest as they turned out to be functional products. I'd never heard of illite before, so curiosity got the better of me and I tried a mask as soon as I got home! The sheet was thinner than other masks, adhering to my skin instantly and making it almost translucent - I loved it! The fit was so good I could even do light exercises with it on. Unlike other masks that often dry out at the edges after 15-20 minutes, this one stayed moist till the end. I didn't need to apply anything else after removing it! The next morning, I was amazed to see my blemishes had calmed down and my skin had an incredible glow. My roommate even asked why my skin looked so good, so I handed her a mask too! The essence is incredibly generous, making me want to repurchase for sure! While everything else is great, the sheet is a bit thin and adheres so well that it's slightly difficult to unfold... It's a bit of a hassle to apply to the face. Other masks usually have a plastic layer to make unfolding easier, but this brand kept emphasizing their plastic-free approach, so I guess that's why they didn't include one. It's a bit inconvenient to unfold, but once it's on your face, you understand why it was tricky! When unfolding the mask, if you follow the folded direction, it opens up quite well! I figured out how to do it after using about three of them... Also, if you spread the remaining essence in the packet evenly on your face, it leaves an even more hydrated finish. There's so much essence that I applied it to my neck, arms, and legs too! That's definitely the golden rule! The mask alone provides enough hydration that you might not need other skincare, but as I have combination dehydrated skin, I found applying a bit less of my usual cream worked even better! While it's a bit pricier as it's a functional mask, the quick results make it worth it. I recently used them all up, and when I checked online, there was a sale on their website, so I immediately made another purchase!
