My hair is thin, frizzy, and curly, with color-treated strands. It's been a while since I had it straightened, so new growth is quite unruly. I bought this for my colored hair during an Olive Young sale. On rainy, humid, or cloudy days, it's usually hard to get the desired effect no matter how much treatment, essence, or oil I apply. However, this product really helps tame my messy locks. It works even better than the curly hair-specific products sold at Olive Young. I don't have any particular complaints yet. The only slight concern is that it doesn't contain exclusively beneficial ingredients. I'm not sure if leaving it on for a long time is recommended, but from my experience, the longer I leave it on, the better the results seem to be. I use this along with the shampoo, and I love the formula of this hydrating line. Both the shampoo and conditioning balm leave my hair incredibly moisturized and calm. It's great for preventing static, which I used to struggle with a lot! The floral scent isn't really my cup of tea, which is a bit disappointing. Since there are four different lines with unique fragrances, I'm curious to try the others.
