I received Cla** as a gift when I had my first child, but I wasn't fond of the cream's ingredients, so I only used the oil. I especially loved the fragrance! For my second child, no one gave me any gifts, so I bought Burt's Bees during a sale (100ml for just over $10). Compared to Cla**, it's great value for money. There's a slight stickiness, but that's necessary for it to stay on the skin. The hydration, absorption, and lasting power are all pretty good. As I have dry skin, it doesn't last 24 hours, but it seems to hold up for about 12 hours. The plastic bottle is a bit disappointing. While it's safer if accidentally dropped, I've always understood that oils are best preserved in opaque glass bottles to protect the ingredients from light exposure. In the evening after showering, I apply it directly to damp skin. In the morning, I mix it with an emulsion or cream for a second application. I need to apply it twice a day for it to last. The ingredients are great and it has a lovely lemony scent. While its absorption and hydration are a bit lacking, I use it together with an unscented cream. It's excellent for both massage and moisturizing - feels like a lemon therapy session! The absorption and hydration could be better. That's why I pair it with Illiy body emulsion (unscented).
