When I apply it generously before bed, my face definitely looks brighter the next morning. The texture is smooth, and the scent isn't overpowering - it's just like the fragrance of other Caudalie lines. It's not heavy or greasy, so even with my acne-prone skin, it doesn't feel burdensome. If you apply it liberally, you'll go through it quickly. It's buy-one-get-one-free in France, but it's too expensive here. When I'm in a hurry, I buy it at Boots, but I'd recommend duty-free shops if possible. Just apply it generously and get a good night's sleep. I don't use it every day. Personally, I don't use skincare products when my skin is in good condition. I recommend using a hyaluronic acid toner and drinking plenty of water.
