It's moisturizing and the color payoff is great. The staying power is pretty decent too. The shade is a brick red, which I'd recommend for those with deep undertone complexions. It's not as hydrating as a lip balm, but it's about as moisturizing as you'd expect from a lipstick. Rather than applying it directly to dry lips, it goes on better and the color looks prettier if you prep your lips with a lip balm first, letting it absorb for softer lips. I recently bought it at duty-free, but when I checked Hwahae, it shows as discontinued. It's also sold out on the official website.
os*******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedAug 6, 2023 (UTC+0)Rouge Coco Flash is truly the epitome of a perfect water-tint lipstick... One swipe delivers stunning color payoff, it's moisturizing, and the case is gorgeous... There's absolutely nothing lacking about it. While the product color is undeniably a brick red, on my lips it transforms into an MLBB shade with a hint of pink. Layer it on, and it deepens into a muted red. It might seem surprising, but it's so beautiful that I can't help but approve! Well... the price isn't exactly budget-friendly. Other than that, I can't think of any drawbacks.
