There are both glossy and matte finishes available. The matte colors are quite satisfactory, I'd rate them 4 out of 5 stars. However, the glossy colors only deserve about 2 stars. The main issue is that the glossy shades feel heavy on the lips and appear to apply too thickly.

The color payoff is fantastic for all shades, and I love the variety of unique colors. Personally, I'm a fan of the case design too. It's lightweight and slim, making it great for on-the-go. While it's not a luxury case, it has a clean, simple look. The coverage is also impressive, effectively concealing lip stains.
