The puff doesn't seem to scrape off the powder when using it. It feels like it glides smoothly, so I don't think you'll end up using too much product. Since it's not heavy coverage, it might be suitable for those who just want a slight complexion correction.
There are quite a few issues, so I'll list them:
1. Shade 21 has a pink undertone
2. The included puff is... not great
3. There's no mirror
4. When I put in the free puff that comes with it and close the compact, it's too tight (might be difficult to use other puffs)
5. There's a scent... (it smells like tea tree, but it's worse than I expected)
6. The tone-evening ability is disappointing (I'm using it over a brightening moisturizer, but it's not as effective as other powders)
I won't be repurchasing shade 21.
