I thought it might be sticky, but there's no stickiness at all! It applies evenly and beautifully. I loved how thinly and smoothly it goes on! Right after application, my lips look plump, and there's a perfect amount of subtle shimmer that's not over the top. I usually use a separate lip plumper, but now I don't think I'll need to! After watching a beauty YouTuber's 'What's in my bag/pouch?' video, I thought the cool tone would be perfect for me! So I immediately purchased it as a gift through KakaoTalk. Personally, I like lip plumpers and have tried products like Lip Maximizer and Hera Spicy Gloss. At first, my impression of this product was just okay. My lips felt tingly and warm, but the plumping effect was so-so. The texture is thick and sticky, so I'm not sure how well it applies on bare lips... and I'm not certain if the color is pretty... But it looks so beautiful in my makeup pouch! However, when I used it again, I thought, 'Oh! This is actually not bad.' While the plumping effect isn't significant, the formula is glossy, which means it can be a bit sticky and your hair might stick to it, but it seems decent as a slightly tinted lip gloss for winter. I'll keep using it until it runs out, but I don't plan to repurchase it. I'm not sure about the plumping effect... The texture is, to put it nicely, chewy, but to be honest, it's quite sticky.
