ji********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRednessNov 2, 2025 (UTC+0)Not too rich, so it seems suitable for people in their 20s too If you don't apply too much, there's no itching or eye irritation It's a slightly thicker and transparent gel texture compared to gel creams, but because of this texture, it doesn't absorb well into the skin. It had no effect on wrinkles or firmness, and actually made deep wrinkles worse. The hydration is also lacking. I bought it from the Estée Lauder official website and used up the whole jar, but I was disappointed that it performed worse than a $3 eye cream in terms of effectiveness. If you apply too much, it pills and causes itching. It feels like a product developed just to fill out their line and sell at a high price. After finishing it and going back to my $3 eye cream with a better-absorbing formula, I noticed my sagging and deepened wrinkles returning to normal. The review highlights the importance of texture and absorption in eye creams. While the product seemed promising for younger skin when used sparingly, the negative review points out significant issues with its effectiveness, especially considering its high-end brand and price point. The contrast between this product and a much cheaper alternative underscores that price doesn't always correlate with quality in skincare. - es*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 5, 2025 (UTC+0)
I always make sure to grab the duo set of this product at duty-free shops. It's such a steal - you get two for the price of one! I've been consistently buying the brown bottle in stores, and while department stores offer great discounts and samples, nothing beats duty-free prices. I started using this in my 30s, and now in my 40s, I still can't give it up. I'm firmly in the camp of "don't skimp on eye cream - invest in quality!" My eye area used to be dry with noticeable fine lines, but this eye cream exceeded my expectations. The gel-cream texture applies lightly but keeps the skin hydrated for hours after absorption. When I wake up in the morning, my eyes are less puffy, and that everyday dryness is practically gone. I feel like my dark circles and signs of fatigue are gradually fading, which makes applying it daily a real pleasure. The fragrance is subtle and not overwhelming, giving a sense of relaxation when applied. Even on days when my skin feels sensitive, I can use this without any irritation. While it's a bit pricey, it's definitely worth investing in for dedicated eye care. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an all-in-one solution for hydration, fine lines, and dark circle care around the eyes! This is truly my holy grail eye cream. ⚠ Areas for improvement / Precautions I wish it now came in a tube format Never scoop from the jar with your fingers. There are too many bacteria on hands that could contaminate the product. A spatula is a must! However, cleaning the spatula can be a bit of a hassle Recommend using a silicone spatula For hygienic use, wash with water or wipe with an alcohol pad and dry before each use I'm prone to developing milia if I apply eye cream incorrectly, but surprisingly, both Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair and this eye cream work well for me. My style is to apply generously, and even then, I maintain hydrated skin around my eyes without any blemishes. However, if you're prone to milia, I'd recommend applying just the right amount. The feel is a light gel-cream type that absorbs quickly, and it definitely seems to help with fine lines and dark circles around the eyes. - sa*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcneBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedAug 13, 2025 (UTC+0)
The gel texture is oil-free, so it doesn't cause milia or blemishes. It lightens dark circles and significantly improves under-eye wrinkles. While there's nothing lacking in the product's effectiveness, the price is wickedly high! Don't forget to use eye cream on your neck too! I even apply it to my lips.

First off, it has a soft, jelly-like texture similar to a hydrating moisturizer. It's incredibly smooth and gentle. The absorption is fantastic. As soon as you apply it, you can feel it sinking in and firming up your skin. It makes your skin feel supple and bouncy, without any stickiness at all! The price might make you wince, but as they say, you get what you pay for. This product is so good that it's worth every penny, even if it means spending my own hard-earned money. I started by only applying it around my eyes, but now I use it on my neck too. It absorbs so well that it doesn't interfere with the next step in my skincare routine - my moisturizer goes on smoothly over it. I apply it using a skincare brush. Since the eye area is particularly sensitive, I gently pat it on with the brush. I don't just apply it around my eyes, but on my eyelids too. - zc********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 25, 2025 (UTC+0)
Estée Lauder's iconic brown bottle line now has an eye cream version, and it's truly effective. Living up to its "Supercharged" name, it delivers much more powerful results than your average eye cream. The gel-cream texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly, making it comfortable to use around the delicate eye area. Apply it before bed, and you'll wake up to noticeably more hydrated and firmer skin around your eyes. Thanks to its Synchronized Multi-Recovery Technology, it tackles multiple eye concerns at once - dark circles, wrinkles, and dryness. The sturdy packaging, signature to the brown bottle line, ensures the stability of the ingredients. Plus, the brand's high reputation gives you peace of mind while using it. As expected from Estée Lauder's premium line, the price tag is quite steep. It's on the expensive side even for an eye cream, which makes it challenging to use consistently due to the financial burden. While the exact volume isn't clearly stated, considering typical eye cream sizes, it's likely to run out quickly with daily use, which is disappointing. Although the gel-cream texture is light, some might find it lacking in hydration. It may not be sufficient for those with extremely dry skin around the eyes. Also, rather than providing instant results, you need to use it consistently to see real effects, which requires patience.

The formula has a rich, luxurious texture that feels wonderful when I apply it. Since I'm still in my twenties, I don't have many fine lines around my eyes yet, so I can't speak to dramatic before-and-after results. That said, the product absorbs beautifully and applies like a dream! My only real complaint is the price point—it's quite steep for the amount of product you get. I also noticed occasional tingling around my eyes, which was a bit uncomfortable. Here's a helpful tip: if you apply a small amount of this eye cream to your neck as well, it works wonderfully for preventing fine lines in that delicate area too! - ed*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcneBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 24, 2025 (UTC+0)
It has a thick gel texture, but when applied, it smooths out without any stickiness. The price and quantity... I wish the amount was a bit larger. - 20******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessApr 29, 2025 (UTC+0)
Hmm... I guess it's good because it feels like it's creating a protective barrier? I have combination dehydrated skin with redness and super sensitive skin. I'm particularly vulnerable to oils, heavy oil-based products, strong vitamins, and alcohol ingredients. Pores are a concern, but as I age, my skin's oil production has naturally decreased, which seems to be helping. My skin tends to break out when I use sunscreen, so I'm always on the lookout for hypoallergenic options. So far, the recently released Hera blue tube sunscreen seems to work best for me! I'm the type whose lips react badly to Chanel and YSL lip products - they make my lips peel. Even the Nuxe natural honey lip balm causes a reaction. For now, Bepanthen lip balm works best for me. Bepanthen is definitely my holy grail product! For hair care, I prefer products that leave my hair feeling clean and fresh rather than those with a moisturizing effect. I tend to favor hair essences over rinses or conditioners. It feels a bit slippery and like it's coating my skin. I'm disappointed that it doesn't absorb quickly. The area around my eyes feels slightly heavy, and there's occasional tingling. - th*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcneBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 22, 2024 (UTC+0)
I tried this product as a sample. The gel-cream texture applies smoothly and has a nice, firm consistency. While its hydration might not be as intense as some other brands, it's still quite good at moisturizing. What I love most is that it seems effective for its intended purpose. With consistent use, I've noticed that fine lines around my eyes appear less noticeable, and my skin feels less dry and more hydrated. The downsides are that opening and closing the container might lead to product spoilage and it's not the most hygienic. Also, it's on the pricier side. - db********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcneBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 15, 2024 (UTC+0)
This eye cream has a beige-tinted gel-cream texture. I love that it doesn't feel overly rich on the skin. It absorbs well, without any stickiness or slipperiness. The cream sinks in quickly, leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth after application. It's disappointing that it contains potentially concerning ingredients like PEG, BHT, and phenoxyethanol.
