Ah, this nostalgic emulsion! I used it well for a while, even though I should've tossed it out. But then my skin suddenly freaked out, so I stopped using it. My skin suddenly went haywire while using this. I wonder what didn't agree with me. Looks like it's been discontinued now... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 22, 2017
My skin is super sensitive and usually reacts badly to everything, even soap. But after trying this emulsion sample, I immediately bought the full size! It's truly perfect for those with super sensitive skin~ It's great for soothing and preventing blemishes when used daily, but once you actually have a breakout, it doesn't seem as effective. It also feels a bit sticky~ Apply it after cleansing for a soothing effect on your skin~ - 97*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 3, 2017
I remember using the toner and emulsion before, and it felt refreshing and worked well for me at the time. As I grew older and experienced more stress, my skin became extremely dry and sensitive. I had been using it since middle school, but when I turned 20, my skin started to feel tingly and develop redness, so I've stopped using it now. I'm not sure if it's because of the alcohol content, but I wouldn't recommend this for super sensitive skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 12, 2017
This product completely eradicated all the blemishes I got during puberty Unfortunately, it wasn't effective on the acne that appeared in my adult years - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 21, 2016
I used this when I was prone to acne breakouts, and it seems to suit my skin well as I'm not getting any new blemishes. Even existing ones have disappeared - I've really seen the effects. The downside is that, perhaps because it's meant for acne-prone skin, it doesn't seem to provide much hydration. - in************Oily SkinOct 29, 2016
First off, it's fantastic value for money. Using just the toner, emulsion, and pink powder is more than enough. This is truly a holy grail product! If you manage it well from the start, clearing up blemishes is just a matter of time. It even prevents new breakouts! Don't worry about oiliness, it actually tightens your pores! It's an Etude House holy grail, so don't waste your money on expensive alternatives. It works intensely at first, which might be why the effects seem to diminish over time. That's why it's crucial to take really good care of your skin in the beginning! However, if you use it consistently, it does prevent new breakouts. Make sure to cleanse your face at least three times a day! Be sure to cleanse your face at least 3 times, and the combination of the toner and emulsion is absolutely amazing! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinOct 5, 2016
I normally have balanced skin, but occasionally I experience increased sebum production leading to blemishes. When I used this product during those times, it effectively controlled oil and felt lightweight, which I really liked. While the ingredients may not be the most gentle, I'm satisfied with how it absorbs and the overall product performance. I'm not sure how effective it would be for those with severe acne-prone skin. Rather than using the full skin and emulsion set, I'd recommend using just the essence or emulsion on its own. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 1, 2016
I'm grasping at straws here, but I'll give it a shot... There's absolutely no improvement. It's just... meh. Nothing special at all. It's just so... blah. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSep 29, 2016
The best thing is how quickly it absorbs after application, leaving no sticky residue! And perhaps due to the aloe ingredient, it seemed to have a calming effect on any burning sensation, which was perfect for my oily skin! The glass bottle makes it a bit heavy to use After cleansing, pat your face dry, then gently tap the emulsion onto your skin. Even if you have oily skin, you'll feel refreshed, at least for a while! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSep 22, 2016
It absorbs well and applies lightly, so it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. However, it lacks hydration, so it's better to use something else during winter.
