Here's my review of the Soon Jung Cleansing Foam with its gentle ingredients and wallet-friendly price. I used to have a lot of blemishes and my face was an oil slick. If I didn't cleanse often, my skin would break out even more. So my oily skin craved that squeaky-clean feeling (I have combination dehydrated skin). The ingredient list is really impressive, though the cleansing effectiveness is understandably not as strong. I think it would suit most super sensitive skin types. I really appreciated how I could cleanse without irritation thanks to its foam texture. It felt light on my skin.
The lower cleansing effectiveness is unavoidable, but I'll just jot down my thoughts anyway...
If you have oily skin in the morning, using just the Soon Jung foam cleanser might not be enough. Here's what I do: rinse with warm water 2-3 times, then use the foam cleanser to massage thoroughly into every nook and cranny. Yes, this helps reduce oiliness. Afterwards, I use a toner with a cotton pad to refine my skin texture.
